Individual and Family Accident Medical Coverage

Sometimes, you simply don't have the cash on hand to cover a deductible or coinsurance. To supplement a major medical plan, we offer 24 Hour Accidental Medical Coverage through Value Benefits of America. (This plan in NO WAY replaces a major medical insurance plan.)

• NEW CallMD, a network of medical doctors you can call for a consultation or medical needs anytime, any day.
• Emergency Helicopter Air Ambulance benefits
• Benefits are paid directly to you
• Cancel and Re-sign up at any time. NOTE: Coverage begins at the first of the FOLLOWING month. For a January 1, 2010 start date, you must enroll in December 2009.

Plans start at $34.95 for $2,500 Accident Medical Coverage (after a $100 deductible) to $64.95 per month for $10,000 AME Coverage (after a $250 deductible).

Team Accident/Medical Expense Plans

An Amateur Sports Group insurance plan provides accident medical coverage for accidents that occur during sponsored team/league activities. This coverage extends to players, coaches and other volunteers associated with amateur sports teams and leagues. It gives all eligible persons the security they need and deserve.

Individual names are not required as 100% of all eligible players are insured. Each player is protected — as well as the group itself — because all eligible persons are automatically covered.

Voluntary enrollment plans are not available.
